Here's how to remove Form 14039 in TurboTax Online:

Login and continue your return ("Take me to my return.")
Once the return is open click at the top on MY ACCOUNT, then choose TOOLS.
In the Tools window choose Delete a form.
Find the form and click Delete.
Follow any prompts.
