I have an Iowa state tax return reporting "additional federal tax paid in 2018 for 2017 and prior years." I don't think I paid 2017 tax in 2018, how is this calculated?

Disregard, I found the form and calculation by going to the "print center" and checking the boxes to "view government and turbotax forms".
