How can I combine my 2018 filing in the same place as my 2017 filing in Turbo tax?

You can't. If you used desktop software for your 2018 return you cannot store it online in your online account. It will be stored on your own hard drive and any back up device you use like a flashdrive.

But you should save your 2017 return as a tax file and a pdf so you can get to it whenever you need to.
