It likely is an Intuit issue. I have the same problem but all other apps on my system work fine with Monterey. You may want to try the following until either company fixes the issue. You will need around 16 GB of space. This problem will sting Intuit independent of whose problem it really is, unless they release a fix asap

After completing this, you can boot into your favorite version that works (I know Big Sur does work) and use TurboTax. You now have a dual OS Mac and can work with any existing files on your computer with the older OS (Big Sur).
I just tried this and it works. You will end up with a dual boot Mac. To complete the process you have to create a bootable USB key: the instructions for everything is linked in the above link.
Either Apple to most likely Intuit will fix the problem later on, but meanwhile you can boot with the newly installed Big Sur OS and access the Turbo Tax file you have been working in the Monterey data portion
