There is no tab when signed in with the expert's name. Every time a user signs in, there is no assigned expert, and opening the expert window results in a new chat being started. How are the messages OUTSIDE the chat accessed?

I have already spent close to 20 hours on the phone with TurboTax customer support about this. Nobody knows what to do, and every rep makes me spent 2 hours doing the same troubleshooting that every prior rep has already done.

There is nothing we can do in Community for this other than refer you to customer service.
