I have an easy start savings account and an Education account for my Grandson. I am co-owner of the account. do I have to report the interest on his account. He is 13.

As a co-owner, either of you could report the income- but depending on the amount, his parents may have to report (see What is the Kiddie Tax? - TurboTax Support - Intuit).
