I have an activation code for package I purchased how do I get started

I am having so much trouble this year with this cd I purchased at Costco why cant I just get started I paid for this cd it keeps wanting to sell me another one HELP

NO its the license code on inside of box this is the 7th or 8th year I have purchased this product and no problem now you make it sooo difficulte just give me the correct spot to put this lisence code on

 New this year …. You get a code to install the CD which will also let you download the program so you don't need to call in anymore if you don't have a CD drive.

And, if using a Windows computer...you can't download it using IE11  (no download button).  Use either the EDGE or Chrome browsers.

Are you in Canada?  You said the Standard version which is a Canada version.  This is the USA forum.

Did you buy the download from Costco online?  I just helped my friend buy and download it.  Her code was on an email.  But you got a card?  Did you buy it in the store?  The card should say how to download it.  Maybe this FAQ will help.
