Close out and use a different browser or make sure your pop-ups is not on while using Turbo Tax.

I used my federal pin number from last year and it went through fine. However, if you are filing and have EIC, they won't be paying them out till February.

I am using Chrome as well. You may need to clear your cache. I am not sure why you cannot get back in. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
