What kind of document are you trying to enter? Is it a W-2 or some sort of 1099? If it is a 1099---what kind exactly?

If it is contractor or self employment income or you got a 1099NEC or 1099Misc for it you need to upgrade to Deluxe or higher to enter it. Or did you get a 1099R for a pension or taking a distribution?
