I have a w2 from Unemployment Insurance that I cannot get added because it has barely any information on it

I have a w2 form that doesn't have a box D for me to add in on here it has very little info on it to where I cant get it added. what can I do?

Unemployment is shown on a 1099-G, not W-2. Check the title of the tax document you are looking at.

I did notice the 1099-G on it thank you. Do you know how I'm suppose to file that though? I already filed and need to amend it to add this to it.
