I have a W2 from my full time job and 1099's from my side consulting business. Do I put my W2 in both the business section and personal?

No, your W-2 will be entered only in the Personal section of your return.

Then, the 1099s will be entered in the Business section to be included on Schedule C for your side consulting business.
