I have a second w2 to file and its from Standard Insurance its for disability not excepting the control number, what do I do

Does it have any dollar amounts *other* than Box 12 (a,b,c,d) with code J? If that's the only dollar amount on your W-2, *DO NOT* enter it; the IRS doesn't need it and it will prevent you from e-filing. If it has other dollar amounts (most likely in Box 1), enter it without the control number.
