It depends. If you need to file a partnership return, you would need to use TurboTax Business for that return. (It is a separate return from the personal return, and produces Form K-1). However, if you are in a community property state, you may file two separate Schedule C returns. You can use TurboTax Deluxe (CD/download version) to do this, but it will be easier using TurboTax Home and Business.
