You will need to file a city tax return to reconcile your actual tax with the withholding your employer took out based on your earnings. You could even be due a refund!

On the other hand, if you don't file and you still owe, penalties and interest can pile up for years before you find out about them.

I received a notice from the IRS that my 2023 tax return was incorrect and I owe additional taxes. I would like someone to review the information provide guidance
