It won't let me copy it from my old computer

If you purchased the software from TurboTax sign onto your download account - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

and if you get to the point that the activation screen freezes.....

change the resolution to 800x600 and launch the software. Once you activate it with the license code, change the resolution back to its original setting.
