No. That form is for those who have Marketplace insurance.
If you receive Medicare and you purchased a supplemental or "Medi-Gap" policy on the open market and NOT through an Affordable Care Act Insurance Marketplace, then you would not be issued a Form 1095-A by your insurer.
Generally, people with Medicare cannot purchase Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace plans to supplement Medicare, as it is illegal for insurers to knowingly sell you a Marketplace plan. ACA plans are not designed to work with Medicare, and you cannot use subsidies for them if you are enrolled in Medicare.
If you didn't become eligible for Medicare until sometime during the year 2025 and were on a Marketplace plan before you started receiving Medicare, then you could expect to receive a Form 1095-A for the first part of the year before you went on Medicare.
