Yes. You might be able to deduct both as self employment expenses.
If you're self-employed, housing-related expenses such as mortgage interest, rent, utilities, repairs, and depreciation for the portion of your home or rental that you use to run your business are allowable expenses under the home office deduction.
Can I take the home office deduction?

Are you a US citizen or resident alien. If so, you are taxed on worldwide income. You probably will have to pay Canadian and provincial tax.
If you are Canadian and work in the US you probably will file a nonresident income tax return. TurboTax does not support those, You can file with Sprintax.com.
