I have a heath insurance provided by my employer but it doesn't give 1095A,B or C form. What should I select here in Turbo Tax?

The only form you'll be asked about in TurboTax is the 1095-A form. If you have also received a1095-B and/or 1095-C forms, the IRS does NOT need any details from these forms. You can keep the 1095-B and/or 1095-C forms you get from your health insurance company or the government agency that sponsors your plan for your records.
