Have a free efile for NJ and am being charged.  Program wants $24.99.  Was on the phone 105 mins last night and was told it is taken care of, but the charge is still there today.

OK ... you get the use of one state program included in the purchase price and you can mail in the state return for free ... however there is a fee to efile each state return when using the downloaded version.  Not sure who you talked to or what they did but this is how it always has been.
