I have a Form 1099-B from Citi Personal Wealth Management (Pershing LLC), and by mistake I erased that section. How can I bring it back to report it?

I only have bonds which I need to report from the Summary Form 1099-B

Return to the income section. Scroll down to Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other. Then you can re-import or type it in again.

I have difficulty in importing 1099b from citibank wealth management.  I use the same login at citibank.  but it return error:  user id password combination incorrect.  

but I noticed that the link TurboTax has was an incorrect one.  So how can TurboTax correct the link to the right citibank account?
