I have a credit card charge from November 10, 216 (reference # RC74SP00) but I can't seem to download the product I paid for. Where can I find the software I paid for?

It sounds like it was for TurboTax Advantage. The product should be on your account. Before going through these steps make sure you are on the correct account.

  1. Go to turbotax.intuit.com. Do not sign in on this page. 
  2. Select 'Products & Pricing' 
  3. Then select 'Access My Downloads'. You will be prompted to log in at this point. Once you do you should see all of the downloads you have purchased. If you do not see the download, verify that you are using the account you used to purchase the download.

I do not see the download, how do I verify that I am using the account that I used to purchase the download , please ?
