I have a 2nd W2 with blank boxes 1 and 2, have amounts in boxes 3,4,5,6,and11 how do I enter? no clear answer on Data Base.

my employer paid FICA on 2nd W2.

Because you paid FICA, you may not want to remove the W2 altogether. This is especially the case if your income is high, and you may have possibly overpaid Social Security.

Just put $1 in Box 1 of the W2 so you can efile.

You can't efile with a blank Box 1.
