I have a new LLC I formed for my real estate business in 2018. It is a sole proprietor S Corp LLC. I received two 1099 MISC's from two different agencies. Where do I enter the income?

You need to prepare the S corp return. Turbo Tax Business is not available to do online or on a Mac. You can buy the Window's version here. And you can have both TT Business and TT Home & Business (or any personal version) installed on your computer at the same time.
If you need to report income received by an S Corp, you need to file an S Corp tax retrun. You have to use TurboTax for Business in order to do that, not a program for individual taxes. When you file the S Corp return, you 'll also be preparing the k-1 for each shareholder. The k-1 is what you enter in your personal return and that's the only information about your S Corp that you need.
