Look again. Under the "received from" field there's a checkbox for "My form has info in more than just box one (This is uncommon)" Select that checkbox, then enter your information in box 3.

Do you file your 1098-E (Student Loan interest) for State returns? I am filing two state returns and OR asked for it but Idaho didn't? Not sure why?
