It's down in the Investment Income section on the Wages &Income page:
1) If it is a consolidated 1099-B with any stock/bond/mutual fund sales on it, you will have to upgrade to Online "Premier".
2) If it is a consolidated 1099-B, but does not have any stock/bond/mutual fund sales on it, just 1099-INT and 1099-DIV forms, then you may be able to get away with using Deluxe, but only if the 1099-DIV does not have any of its boxes 2a,b,c,d filled in.
