Enter the 1095-A on your return. You can allocate (share) it with your parents if they pay for it. Doesn't matter how it is split as long as it totals 100% between your return and your parents' return.
But even if they take 100% of it, you still have to enter it on your return. You can get it from healthcare.gov now or get it from your parents - They will enter on their return too if they are taking a percentage or all of it.
