I have a 1095 c but IRS rejected my return and asked for 1095 A. I had a health ins through my work, but it looks like i was covered through market place with parents.

What do I need to do in this case? I paid for insurance through my work, but looks like I was covered through market place.

Enter the 1095-A on your return.   You can allocate (share) it with your parents if they pay for it.   Doesn't matter how it is split as long as it totals 100% between your return and your parents' return.

But even if they take 100% of it, you still have to enter it on your return.   You can get it from healthcare.gov now or get it from your parents - They will enter on their return too if they are taking a percentage or all of it.

Where do I enter my 1095-A?
