For Column B of Form 1095-A, you are asked to enter the second lowest cost Silver plan (SLCSP) premium amounts. To find the second lowest cost Silver plan premium amounts for you, use this tool at Healthcare.gov. The software won't accept zeroes in Column B.

I was able to discover how to see 2025 using the tax tool, and entered that amount, which then generated a credit on my return, which was incorrect, as I had an ICHRA. I've found other threads with this question, but no resolutions using the online software. I guess I'll have to not use Turbo Tax to file this year, and find something else.
