That's right where it should be for your situation.
The EIC and additional Child tax credits phase-in at low income levels, and won't maximize until you approximately double your wage income (If I recall properly).
In the future, any child who reaches age 17....then a chunk of it will be lost too.
That sounds right for that amount of income and two children. You are getting back any federal tax withheld, plus earned income credit and additional child tax credit.
Look at your 2019 Form 1040 to see the child-related credits you received
