I've followed your advice, but no luck.
-Uninstalled my program
-Logged onto my account, and the Windows Download button, when clicked, does nothing. I've tried this in Chrome as well as Edge on Windows 11 Pro. (my laptop is patched and current).

Thanks for the link. Downloaded installed. After starting program, it had to update. Restarted, and license window comes up, detects my existing license, and same Error 605.
I guess I'll have to call tech support now. Thank you!

I just called support 800-446-8848. In short, the tech wasn't able to help.
-I gave him my license code below, which appears directly from my account.
-he said that license code was cancelled, and that the email registered with the license code doesn't match what I told him. I asked 'how does one cancel it?"
-I told him I bought it from another retailer and will have to find the receipt. I asked: When I find it, do I call back for help? Something about "We guarantee 60 days support for product..."
Anyway, I'll just assume he's not very helpful, find my receipt, and call again and hope to get someone more helpful.
Where did you buy it? There are some unauthorized places selling used License Codes. Like BigHomeTax and some sellers on Amazon.

I didn't understand your post. Can you elaborate?
I just purchased home and business edition from Intuit turbotax, don't know how i got 2022 instead of 2024. Now i have to figure out how to get a refund and repurchase the correct one. sheesh.
