I have (2) K-1's submitted but only the value of one is showing up on my income summary. Is this a software error?

Both K-1's should be credits and should be combined, but the income summary is only showing the amount for one of them.

are the partnerships publicly traded? if so does one have a loss and one have income? Then the one with the loss is not allowed currently. The one with income is taxable.   However, I can't see the k-1s or your entries so there could be other reasons. 

Your version should allow you to contact support. You can allow them to see your return to determine what is taking place.
