If I'm understanding you correctly, one of the 1099s you received includes what you billed for mileage, while the other one does not include that amount. You should just enter them as shown. For the one that includes mileage, no adjustment is necessary. For the one that does not include the mileage payment, you would enter additional income not reported on a 1099 for that amount. You should also have the mileage you billed for as an expense on your tax return. It will net to zero.
