I had twins on 12/30/2016 would I be able to claim them ?

On the section that asked how long the twins lives with us, what should I select ? Also on the question that asked about how much did we support them ?

Select they lived with you all year (that is the correct answer for children born during the year, and assuming you aren't involved in some kind of split custody with the other parent.)

Once you select "all year", you shouldn't get a question of how much support you provided, that question comes from a different path of the interview that shouldn't apply to you.
