I could not connect to my account on here which I had used around then, and I do not recall previously using this phone number on this account. My last account was under my hotmail address which I could no longer access. I saw that my soc # and my birthdate had been used under another City in Alabama state, a state I only visited back before 1990, never worked in, and was only there one week. I don't know what to do.

There are some options available to you.  Please see this link for instructions on how to get access to your TurboTax account.  You can use your phone number, email, or User ID.  If those aren't working, the link provides additional options to assist you.

You can also refer to this link for suggestions on getting back into your Intuit account.  

Finally, once you are logged back into Intuit, you can use this link to see all of your TurboTax accounts.  This will allow you to locate the most recent information and confirm the correct account to use when preparing your tax return.
