When i go to add child tax credit, link goes to earned income affected by the 2017 hurricanes section. is anyone else having this issue? am i missing something?

I had the same problem with the link to the hurricane section when attempting to add child deduction section.  Select Federal and then Deductions.  Then scroll down to You and Your Dependents section and add your information there.
