I had Obamacare for 6 months and Medicare for 6 months. How do I record these in the health care section?

In the Health Insurance section, answer that you had insurance for the whole year. 

On the next screen, say that you were enrolled in any of these less common plans, because you were enrolled in Obamacare.

On the next screen, check that you were enrolled in Obamacare.

There is nothing to check for Medicare, so you'll just enter your 1095-A for the first 6 months.
