You should have received a Form 1095-A from your marketplace insurance and a Form 1095-B from MassHealth.  The first question in the health insurance section will ask if you had insurance all year, which you did according to your statement.

After that, you will need to tell the program you had Marketplace insurance and you will enter the Form 1095-A in TurboTax as it was issued to you (it will only show four months of coverage).  Make sure you leave any zeros on the form as blanks in TurboTax.  After that, you will proceed through the rest of the questions and that will be all that is necessary.  You don't have to do anything about the Form 1095B to account for the other eight months.  When you answer Yes to health insurance all year in the beginning that question accounts for that form.  Just keep that form for your records.
