I had insurance all year long? do i need any type of form to enter into this years taxes?

Yes, if you had health insurance, you should have received tax form 1095, either A,B, or C pending on how you were covered.  

You can report that you had health insurance all year, but you will need information from this form.

If you received health insurance via a health care exchange, you can login to your account and access the form.

If you received health insurance via your employer, you can contact Human Resources or login to an employee benefits website to access your form.
