If you had health insurance all year you should not have to pay the fine. Please be sure you answered the questions regarding your health insurance correctly. Be sure you selected that you did have health insurance for the entire year.

As an employer, can we re-imburse employees for the cost of health insurance that they pick up as an individual? If so, what are that tax implications for employer and employee?
