I had chosen to pay federal tax quarterly but I sent a full payment to the federal gov. Do I need to revise my Federal Tax Return?

I completed and submitted my Federal Tax return on Monday, 3/25/18 with the quarterly payment plan to pay 2018 taxes.  I decided to mail the full Federal Tax payment on 3/27/18.  Do I need to make any revisions to my Federal Tax Return payment section or will the Fed consider payment in full when they receive our payment?  Kevin

When the IRS receives the full tax payment they will consider your taxes paid.  There is no need to do anything else.
