I had a problem with my W2 last year and never filed my 2016 taxes. The problem has been fixed, can I use Turbotax online to file my 2016 and 2017 taxes together?

No, you can't combine tax returns but you will have to file two separate tax returns, one for 2016 Tax Year and another one 2017 Tax Year. For products list see below:
