I had a baby in 2019, why can’t I claim him?

Probably because you did not indicate that they lived in your home for the Whole year as shown on the web page.  Click on My Info on the left side of the screen and edit the dependent.

Did you put that he lived with you the whole year? You put he lived with you the whole year no matter when he was born in 2019.  You also need his Social Security number to claim him.  

Can I claim a newborn baby?
