I had 11 month HDP coverage in CA. Form 1095A is correct & keyed in. Couldn't Continue b'cos "You must fix errors on this page before continuing." Errors? 0s for Jan?

I don't know issue. I remember a question which asked if I had coverage every month in a High Deductible Plan so I chose it because other choices were about being in different plans. I moved from CT in prior December, did not have time to buy coverage in CA until February. Don't remember if I had CT Affordable coverage through January. And TurboTax only wanted last 15 digits of the Policy number, dropping 4 digits after CA. Box 1 - Marketplace Identifier or California box is light blue - enter CA, CALIFORNIA? How do I enter Zeros in January Row?

Make sure for boxes that are "0" on your 1095-A Form, DO NOT enter "0's" in TurboTax. Please keep those boxes blank.

Use the steps below to get back to the section to your 1095-A form...

Here's how to enter your 1095-A in TurboTax:

  1. Open (continue) your return, if you don't already have it open
  2. Search for 1095-A and select the Jump to link at the top of the search results
  3. Answer Yes on the screen, Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan? and select Continue
  4. Enter your 1095-A info on the next screen and select Continue
    • We don't need all the info from your 1095-A, so we'll only ask about the info that affects your return

Your reply worked. Thanks for being there into the wee hours. Wish TurboTax had flagged the error field. I wasted many minutes plugging the CA Insurance Policy number, counting last 15 digits next to CA from left or right, trying this way and that. After not being able to continue, or use the back arrow, and trying zeroes in many years possible, with one decimal, none etc, I did escape by logging out. On logging back in, I did get a brand new 1095A to fill in, and mysteriously, the leave those fields blank message/instruction was now there. Nice, I didn't have to wait for a call back or a community response. How many CA users does TurboTax with rows of zeroes on their 1095?
