Your reply worked. Thanks for being there into the wee hours. Wish TurboTax had flagged the error field. I wasted many minutes plugging the CA Insurance Policy number, counting last 15 digits next to CA from left or right, trying this way and that. After not being able to continue, or use the back arrow, and trying zeroes in many years possible, with one decimal, none etc, I did escape by logging out. On logging back in, I did get a brand new 1095A to fill in, and mysteriously, the leave those fields blank message/instruction was now there. Nice, I didn't have to wait for a call back or a community response. How many CA users does TurboTax with rows of zeroes on their 1095?
