I got two W2's since I got a new job last year, I filed my first one and that was accepted. How do I file my second one?

You will need to amend the return that you filed to include the additional W-2.  It is best to wait until your original return has been processed before you amend it so that the IRS is only dealing with one return from you at a time.  This means that when you get your refund you should hold on to it in case the additional W-2 causes you to pay some of it back.  That is not always the case, in fact, you may receive an additional refund when you include the additional W-2.

It is important to not go into your TurboTax return to start changing things before you are ready to amend your return.  You need to start with the return exactly as it was originally filed when you begin the amending process.

Take a look at the following TurboTax help article for further instructions:

when you file Form 1040-X it becomes your new tax return.

If you put both W-2s on your original 1040 you would not be in this situation.
