My ex-husband is claiming that our 3 children live him for more than half of the year. This is incorrect. I have already begun requesting letters from school/doctor's to prove his mistake. He has already received his refund. We do have an agreement that we alternate claiming the kids every year. So this year he claimed them, however he does not qualify for the earned income credit as the kids live full time with me.
