I got my taxes back and it had took off an additional $39.99. Option to pay with refund. What is this?

The Refund Processing Service (also called pay-with-your-refund) gives the option to deduct your TurboTax fees from your federal tax refund.

It's an optional, yet convenient way to pay for TurboTax instead of using your credit or debit card.
