I got married in 2025. My wife and I want to file jointly. How do I get stated on that application?

When you are entering your personal information in the My Info section of the online program you will be asked for your filing status.  You should select Married and that you will be filing the tax return with your spouse.

To edit your personal information, navigate to the Personal Information tab and follow these steps:

1. Log in to your TurboTax Account.
2. Select "Take Me To My Return."
3. Click "My Info" on the left-hand navigation panel.
4. Scroll to the section you need to modify.
