I got married in 2016. My husband claims his daughter as a dependent, do I add her as my daughter and a dependent on my return if we file together?

Since you and her father are filing jointly, she will be claimed on your return. You will enter her information in the personal section of the program. She will be a daughter, the program will ask you who's parents are hers. You will indicate your husband as her parent.
