Is "this year" 2018? Were youmarried as of 12/31/2017?

We got married in 2017 but we both had single coverage in the insurance marketplace for the entire year.

Yes, when in the Health Insurance section of Turbo Tax, the software will ask you for form 1095-A (that the marketplace should/will issue you). Turbo Tax will walk you through the tax implications.
