I need a refund to my account to remove one. I cannot find a phone number to get this extra charge remove. I did the online request and it was not removed.

Did you purchase the TurboTax desktop edition to install on your computer and then decided to use the online edition instead? If so, the purchase of the desktop edition cannot be used to pay for the online edition. The desktop and online editions are totally separate products with different price points.
You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue

No it does not appear that I was given a refund for the second copy of turbotax that accidently got charged.
